Changed your mind

You can cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Because ShiftFuel is a consumable product, this right applies to unopened cartons — once a carton or sachet has been opened, we're not able to offer a refund for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos where possible, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Subscription cancellations

You can skip or cancel a ShiftFuel subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future deliveries; it doesn't retroactively refund deliveries already sent.
